How To Stop Recieving Irrelevant Calls And Text From Your Service Provider

You can agree with me that all networks in Nigeria are sending un-wanted call and text to our phone. Personally, i see it as spam on my phone. I get not less than 5 calls and sms that promotes things that are not usefull and irrelevant to me.
The worst thing is that, there is no option to opt out from that service and if i could just opt out at a cost, it would have been better, There are many ways to promote stuff instead of automated call and text. It can can be promoted via the account balance menu, call me back, data sub confirmation message, ring back tune, and many more.

Take for instance, you are waiting desperately for a bank alert, then you recieved an sms like this:
From: 307

Message: MTN Backup, service to protect your personal data (contacts, calendar) detected your new device. You will receive a message shortly to configure it.

Or, you're expecting a very important call, your phone rings and then you picked it up only to see 08034100 as the caller. You already know what that feels like.

Now, i will teach you how to stop getting all these annoying automated calls and text.
First of all, you have to download and Install the blacklist android app, then add all those numbers which you want to disable from auto calling or texting your phone.

Below are some of the numbers I black-listed on my phone, though its for MTN:
