This is one of the latest Android tricks i learnt. It quite simple. But to be honest i don't have knowledge on what it means.
I just came across some days back, but i think it allows you have some access on android as a developer.
Here's how to do it go to your phone settings>>about phone>> continuously tap on build Number. Then a pop up would appear saying "Your a few steps away from being a developer" Tap it again for about 5times until a pop up comes up saying "You are now a developer" I think this gives you more features on android and maybe Android studio.
