As the title describes it is a trick not a real hack, recently xender has been up notch in terms of updating, so today I compiled a little trick on how skip update of your xebder.
Launch your Xander a pop up would appear saying that you need to update your Xender, press upgrade and then when the installation menu appear simply press back from your phone and continue with the xending.
