Free basics has been very helpful for those who find it difficult to get internet and browse.
there is a new error in free basics, i first got these error yesterday when my face book lite refuse to open then i went to free basics and then it gave me an unknown error that says "sorry, free basics is not available in your country" so today i would give you a tested and working confirmed solution.
As you could see in the screenshot above the was a VPN connected, a vPN is a software sometimes in form of an app that hides and encrypt the identity of the user, as it hide the identity it also hides the user country, and currently free basics is only available in some countries and if its available in your country and it shows this error it means you are connected to a VPN.
They solution is quite simple disconnect the VPN and open your free basics it should open immeadiatly.
If it still shows this error it means free basics is blocked or not available it your country, you can contact free basics for more information.
